How to Get the Chemicals Out of Your Body

People are talking about how to get chemicals out of your body to have more energy, reduce bloating, and think clearer is the buzz these days.

The luxuries of our modern lifestyle (plastic packaging, synthetic clothing, processed foods, auto pollution, etc.) has caused big problems for our bodies. Toxins build up in our body and make us sick.  Where does the body store these toxins?  OUR FAT!

For many people, bloated bellies and cellulite can be attributed to toxins stored in the fat tissues.  The more fat we have the more toxins we store. The more toxins we are exposed to the more fat our body generates. It’s a viscous cycle.

Decades of exposure to car exhaust, pesticides, chemicalized cosmetics, and medications has made it darn near impossible for some people to lose weight no matter what newfangled diet they tried.  Reason? The toxins stored in their fat was making them, well … um … FAT!

 

 

Good thing distributor Tiffany Rowan was paying attention during a Gary Young lecture when he gave a protocol for a petrochemical detox.  She tested out the protocol herself and melted off 40 pounds of yuck in 6 weeks.  Then she did a rocking blog post and conference call to share with the world her profound experience.

She took 20 drops of grapefruit oil right before bed. She didn’t eat anything after 7 pm. She rubbed Citrus Fresh oil with 10 drops of ledum added to it to her “trouble” areas right before she went to bed. Tiffany did this diligently for 6 weeks.

My friend Megan Mozinski has done this protocol and decided to do the oils topically and internally twice a day. So far she has lost 18 pounds in the last 2 1/2 weeks. Today she told me she fit into the dress she was wearing that didn’t over her hips 2 weeks ago when she bought it.

For 6 weeks of protocol, this is what’s needed:

1 bag of gelatin caps

1 bottle of ledum  ** Since ledum is out of stock, I’m using helichrysum instead **

4 bottles of grapefruit oil

6 bottles of Citrus Fresh oil

Heads up though. If you are on medication the grapefruit oil can make them last longer. So Tiffany advises to use ledum instead of grapefruit as the oils to take internally before bed.  Go no grapefruit, got it?

    Hi, I have been doing this protocol with absolutely no results whatsoever! I don’t know what I am doing wrong…I take the grapefruit oil every night and rub the citrus fresh every night…what am I doing wrong? I am so disappointed..

      I will reply to this on this week (Week of May 12) Q & A session for you! You have to remember, the grapefruit flush is a DETOX and the weight loss is an added benefit if it happens :) It usually takes at least 3 weeks to see stuff happening.

    Thank you so much for posting this.
    I have seen picture’s of Tiffany’s 7 and 14 day after body and it looks virtually the same to me. Do you know where I can find noticeable before and after photos of her or anyone else who has had weightloss success with this protocol?

    And finally, can we use veggie capsules instead of gelatin capsules?
